How can we help?
Cashback QuestionsHow do I earn my cashback?1. Register for free as a member of froggybank.co.uk
2. Make sure you are logged into froggybank website and click on the retailer's link to visit the shop, and make your online purchase as usual.
3. Your transaction is electronically tracked, the retailer validates the sale and pays us a commission.
4. We will pay you this commission as cash back (less annual admin fee of £5) once the retailer has paid us the commission for your transaction.
When will cashback on my purchases show in my account?When you make a purchase using the links on Froggybank, the retailers will report the transaction to us, following which we will update the transaction on your account. We update members accounts at least once a day and do not delay in reporting your transaction.
We have hundreds of partners and they all take different times to report transactions and different times before paying us the commission. Depending on the merchant, reporting can usually take anything between 24 hours to a week to two.
Some merchants process transactions in batches and report these only once or twice a month, although this is quite uncommon. You can be assured that we make little or no delays on our side.
Why is my cashback showing as 'pending'?Initially, after you make a purchase, our partner merchants confirm the transaction to us as "pending", this will be the initial status of all transactions until the merchant confirms it. The retailers wait until the returns period etc., make sure the purchase wasn't returned, payment cleared etc., and then report to us as "approved" which we will update in your account.
Sometimes the transactions "fail" or "reverse" when people fail applications or return their products etc. Under these circumstances, we will also fail or reverse the cash back in your account. Please note our thousands of partner retailers have various timescales to approve transactions.
Retailers normally take between a few days to about 6 weeks or so in some cases to approve transactions. We make very little delays from our end in reporting.
Will I earn cashback if I use a voucher code?Of Course, we provide you the link and there are many discount codes available for use on froggybank. Please make use of these codes as instructed on froggybank and/or the merchants websites.
Please note: if you use any discount or voucher codes found elsewhere besides the ones that we are promoting on froggybank, then the merchants may not track the transactions to our site, and therefore you may not be paid.
Why is cashback failed or reversed?This happens when our partner retailers have analyzed the sale/lead and decided not to pay us. This could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You have returned the goods or cancelled the services during the returns period.
2. Your transaction was not fully completed online.
3. Your credit/debit card was rejected.
4. You did not satisfy the conditions of the merchant.
5. Use of a voucher code that was not promoted on froggybank.
Only a few merchants have conditions. In these cases, we will describe the merchant description or put on view a "conditions†link where you can look at the conditions attached to the offer.
Please note: gaming and betting merchants can decline or fail transactions if they suspect the user has registered only to get the cashback and not play on their site.
Any merchant can also decline or fail a transaction if they suspect a fraudulent order or misuse of their website.
How much cash back can I earn?There is no limit to the amount of cash back you can earn. The more purchases you make through Froggybank then the more cash back you can earn.
Sometimes you can earn cash back without even buying anything for example: taking out free trials, applying for quotations etc.
You can even earn £2.50 FREE cash for every friend or family member that you recommend to Froggybank.
What do I do if a purchase has been failed or reversed?If your transaction shows as "failed" or "reversed" it means the merchant has failed the transaction and refused to pay the commission.
The common reasons for the merchants to fail transactions are:
1. Your order was not valid (i.e., invalid or incorrect details etc.)
2. The goods were returned/order cancelled during the returns period.
3. You did not adhere to the terms of the offer or purchase. Please read the conditions and the merchant description carefully on froggybank.co.uk before making a purchase.
This is very vital for free offers and gambling merchants. Rarely, merchants fail transactions if they suspect fraud or misuse.
If you suspect that the merchant may have failed the transaction inadvertently (which is quite rare), please submit a support ticket to us with the required details of the purchase (order number/reference number/membership number, date, product, price etc.) explaining why you think it should not have been failed. We will immediately get in touch with the merchant and request them to investigate, but please note that the merchant's decision would be final under any circumstance, and we can only pay you if we recieve the commission from the merchant.
Do I need to pay tax on my cashback?Usually cashback earnings will be tax free except when you're buying goods for business use. We do however provide no tax advice. If you're unsure you can check the Inland Revenue website or with an accountant.
I have just made a purchase through froggybank. Why is the cashback not showing in my account?Please note that cashback is not an immediate process. There is usually a time lag between you making a purchase and the transaction to be displayed in your froggybank account. This is due to the fact that we have to wait for the merchant to report your transaction back to us.
Most of your purchases should appear in your froggybank account within 48 hours. It could, however, take up to 14 days depending on the retailer.
Can I use a discount voucher and still get cashback?Yes you can, provided you found the voucher on froggybank and complete your transaction wholly online. If you use a voucher or a code found elsewhere your purchase may not track and the merchant may decline to pay us the commission, therefore you may not get any cashback for that purchase.
Payment QuestionsWhen can I redeem my cashback?You can submit a payment request when you have an approved balance in your froggybank account. We do not impose any minimum threshold, but please be considerate and avoid requesting small amounts frequently.
For charity account holders there is a minimum threshold limit of £25 and we send payments out automatically every month when this limit is reached.
How is my cashback amount paid?Your cashback amount will be paid via BACS. You may update the required details (Bank account name, bank account number and sort code) by logging on to our site and by clicking on 'My Profile' link.
My account shows paid but my payment has not arrived, why?Your account will show as "paid" as soon as we send the payment but BACS allow 5 working days for the money to reach your bank account. If you still haven't received payment after this time please submit a ticket in our helpdesk.
About links and trackingHow do I make sure that my purchase is tracked?Once you are logged into our site, your links to our partner online shops are automatically tracked, so much so you are guaranteed of earning your cashback on your purchases by just logging in and you do not require any special settings or software on your system for this. However, some basic steps make tracking better if followed:
1. It is compulsory, before you proceed to make any purchase that you must log in to www.froggybank.co.uk and click on the links for the retailers from our site.
2. You must enable cookies on your browser; this is not difficult to do so. Most computers and internet browsers under normal settings do have them enabled.
3. Do remember our site is a cashback site, therefore, in order to ensure that your purchase is fully tracked you must finish your whole transaction in the same session. If you make the purchase over the phone or from other websites, you will not receive any cash back from froggybank.
4. In the event of your shopping on any other website, you must ensure that you clear all cookies before you log on to our site. In some rare cases, it is also possible that other websites can plant cookies or software on your computer, which may lead to the commission being paid to them instead! (We have had only one or two incidents of these so far amidsst tens of thousands of transactions).
I forgot to login to froggybank and purchased directly with the retailer, can I still earn my cashback?You need to be logged in to froggybank.co.uk and click on the merchant link in our site to visit the merchant. Otherwise your purchase will not be tracked, and the merchant will not pay us the commission. This means we cannot pay you the cashback.
How to Enable Cookies in my browser?To enable cookies, Please visit http://www.google.com/cookies.html and follow the instructions given.
What if I complete my purchase offline?You should complete the transaction wholly online, while you are logged into our site. If you finish the purchase over the phone or by any other means, the retailer may not be able to track the transaction or can even decline it.
To make sure you get the cashback, please login to our site and utilise our links to finish the purchase. We will not be able to do much about merchants decisions regarding cashback payments if you do not finish the transaction while logged on to our site.
Can I use froggybank links externally?No, our links cannot be used externally. We offer cashback on the purchases you make from the online shops while linked through our site. In order to earn cashback through Froggybank you must be logged into your account and visit the merchants clicking through from our links.
Merchant link/voucher not working, why?This is rare as we update froggybank many times a day with the latest offers from our merchant partners. Occasionally merchants/networks may change offers at very short notice or delay informing us.
Please submit a support ticket if you have any problems using any of the links or vouchers, we will amend these on our website.
General QuestionsWhere can I shop?We partner with more than 1500 online retailers, supermarkets and service providers. You can shop with any of these retailers including Insurance Companies, high street stores such as M&S, Comet, Mothercare, John Lewis, Boots, Tesco, Dixons and loads more!
Who can be a member of froggybank?Anyone who is a UK resident and over the age of 16 is entitled to become a member of froggybank.co.uk
I contacted one of the merchants and they are unaware of froggybank.Our relationship with most merchants is through third party advertising networks, which collect commission and pay us. Usually merchants have their advertising teams who deal with these networks and publishers like our company.
It is therefore unlikely that the frontline customer service staffs of any merchant are aware of these agreements.
Please note: froggybank collects the money and pays you the cashback, our partner merchants cannot help you with any cashback related queries and most retailers have specifically requested us not to allow our members to contact them directly regarding cashback related queries.
It is against our terms of use to contact merchants directly regarding cashback of course, we will be happy to help you with any cashback queries if you submit a ticket in this helpdesk.

Can other people in my family have their own cashback account?Yes of course we would be delighted to have your friends and family on board; in fact, you can even earn £2.50 for each friend or family member you refer.
I sent a ticket but you haven't replied to me, why?We reply to every ticket submitted to our helpdesk within 24 working hours. Webmaster AccountsHow do I build my own landing page?You can build your own landing page on our site easily using "build my page" link after logging in to our site. You also have the option of including/uploading a logo or photo to show on your page.
Once you submit your page, we will review it, make any changes if absolutely needed and approve it. As soon as your page is approved, you will be listed in our webmasters directory on our site.
Do I need a webmaster account?This will depend on how you want to promote our site. You can have an individual account and use your friend referral link (which is usually in the format of froggybank.co.uk/username) on your website to refer others, but having a webmaster account allows for more.
If you have a webmaster account, you will be able to create your own landing page on our site. You can build links to that page, PPC your landing page, advertise your website service/have custom message, image etc on your landing page.
We also plan to provide more facilities for selected webmasters in future, like being able to customise their landing pages more and include a back links to their websites.
Why create a landing page?You can create your own landing page on our site and promote it. People will not only thank you for introducing them to a new way to earn while they shop and give, you will also earn money for referring them. You will also get additional exposure to your website or service as your page will be listed free in our webmasters directory.
When a member signs-up to our site using your page, we pay you £2.50 when we deduct their first year's admin fee of £5.
What if the user navigates away from the landing page?As long as they land on your page when they first visit froggybank whichever page the member joins from, we will attribute the referral to you, regardless of which page they join from.
Who can sign-up as a webmaster?Any website operator who is a resident in the UK can sign-up. If you do not live in the UK but have quality websites targeting UK traffic, you need to contact us through this helpdesk with details of all the websites that you are thinking of promoting us on.
We do not allow any adult, gambling or illegal websites to promote our site.
Can webmasters donate their earnings to charity?Yes, webmaster account holders can donate a proportion or all of their earnings to any charity listed on our site. You can promote this on your website, forum or your blog.
Can I PPC my landing page?Yes, you can. The only restriction is that you should not bid on the brand names of any of the websites owned by eDeals UK Limited, including froggybank. If you have any queries, please submit a support ticket through this helpdesk.
How will I get paid?We will send you payments monthly through BACS, directly into your UK bank account. There is a minimum payment threshold of £25 for webmasters (no minimum threshold if you sign up as an individual). Any unpaid amount will be carried over to the next month.
I need more customisation of the landing page.Currently we only allow a certain degree of content to your pages and do not allow you to change the overall look and theme of the page.
If you are a large portal and have any special requirements, please submit a support ticket to the 'business enquiries department' in this helpdesk.
Will it cost me anything?Signing-up as a webmaster is free and we only deduct an annual membership fee of £5 if you earn enough to cover it. Your annual fee is calculated from the date of joining. If you do not earn enough in any year, no fee arrears are carried over to the next year.
We will never take money out of your bank account or send you bills or invoices.
Can I SEO my landing page?You can build links to your landing page, but to prevent misuse, we currently do not allow you to modify keywords, title etc.

Can I use my fundraising account to do my personal shopping?The person who signs up and operates a fundraisers account can use it do their personal shopping and earn cashback. You are not allowed to do shopping on others behalf. All your collegues, supporters, friends or family need to sign-up to their own individual accounts to do their shopping.
How will I/we get paid?We will send you payments monthly to your bank account, free of charge. There is a minimum payment threshold of £25. If you do not have enough, the balance will be carried over to the next month.
What will it cost us?We will deduct the first £5 from your earnings every year (calculated from the date of you joining froggybank) as admin fee. If earn less than £5 in a year, we will not charge you the difference. We will only deduct £5 in any year, regardless of how much you earn.

My AccountCan I cancel my membership at any time?Certainly, we help our members by providing continuous support to get cashback and utilise our service, nevertheless, if you wish to terminate your membership with froggybank, you can do this anytime by sending us a support ticket.
How can I check my account balance?After you login to froggybank.co.uk you will see a my account menu on the top right hand side. To see your transactions you can click on "My Transactions link in that menu.
You will see details of all the money you have earnt by making purchases or by referring friends, the donations you have made to charities (if any) and the money we have paid you.
What are the different transaction statuses in my account?The status displaying in your account indicates the stage that your transaction is in.
Pending: The merchant has tracked your transaction but not yet validated it. Merchants usually report a transaction as pending at first, before they check your payment details, returns etc.
Approved: The merchant has approved the transaction and cashback has been added to your account.
Reversed/Failed: The merchant has reported to us that they will not pay for this transaction (goods returned, payment failed etc). Sometimes merchants can reverse or fail transactions if their terms are not being complied with, or they suspect fraud. If you think a transaction has been failed by the merchant unfairly, please submit a ticket with all the necessary details of the transaction. We will contact the merchant and ask them to investigate this.
Paid: We have sent you payment directly into your bank account through BACS.
Can I have more than one Account?Our terms and conditions clearly assert that an individual can have only one account; therefore, it is not possible for you to have more than one account.
The online merchants who have partnered with us have done so under the explicit understanding that they will provide service to only one account per person registered with us.
Any violation of our terms and conditions in this regard will lead to suspension of the account without notice.
What should I do if I have forgotten or lost my password?Simply enter your email address and get a new password sent to your email by clicking the 'Reset Password' button under "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?".
You can then login to your account and change the password to something that is more memorable to you.
How does the admin fee work?We deduct the first £5 you earn through froggybank each year, as admin fee to cover the costs of this service. You can easily make this £5 just by referring two friends.
If you sign up to froggybank and do not earn any money we don't charge you anything.
If you earn less than £5 in a year you do not receive any money as this will go towards the admin fee. If you earn more the next year we will only take £5 for that year.
In any one year we will not deduct more than £5 from your froggybank earnings regardless of how much you earn the previous year.
I have forgotten my password/user nameYou can have a reminder of your login details sent to the email address that you registered to froggybank with from the login page.
Can my friends or family members use my account?No one else is allowed to use YOUR account for his or her purchases.
If sales are completed under a different name we cannot provide support or cashback for these sales, and cannot process enquiries regarding them as the merchant may not pay for this.
Our relationship with our online partners is based on us monitoring members and creating quality business for them and we are answerable to them if any of our members misuse accounts.
If you want your friends or family to enjoy the fantastic offers and cashbacks on froggybank, please refer them as your friend, and you will get £2.50 free cash from us for each referral you make.
Can I make purchases on behalf of other people?No it is against our terms of use for you to make purchases on behalf of other people. This is to prevent fraud or misuse.
If you want to introduce other people, you can always do so by using refer and earn link in your account, and earn £2.50 for each person you refer.
Why should I login to froggybank site every time?To credit the cashback in to your account we need to identify you and track any purchases you make.
Once you are logged in to our site, you are automatically linked to our network of retailer shops online and you are then identified by our partner shops, thus tracking your purchase becomes possible.
If you are not logged into our site, our partners will not pay us for your purchases and we cannot pay you any Cashback. Therefore, you must login to froggybank.co.uk every time you want to make a purchase and earn Cashback through us.
My account shows suspended and I am locked out of your site, why?To protect the interest of our members and partner retailers we have security and monitoring systems in place to detect any unusual activities. This could be due to various reasons including:
1. Breach of or terms of use or anti-spam policy.
2. Attempting to sign-up to multiple accounts.
3. Complaints of fraud from merchants.
4. Misusing merchant offers.
If you think your account should be activated again please submit a support ticket.
Friend ReferralIs there a limit to number of friends I can refer?No. Of course, you are more than welcome to refer as many friends and family members as you like. However, please refrain from unacceptable means of referrals such as spamming.

I have referred a friend, why is my cashback showing as pending?Your referral friends cashback will initially show as "pending" in your account. Once the friend you referred has reached £5 (the membership fee) in their account, it will show as approved in your account.

I think that the cashback showing on my account is incorrect.It is highly unlikely that the cashback shown in your account is incorrect, however, some merchants will only pay commission on purchase amounts excluding VAT; and some may not take in to account the postage or delivery costs in the amount they use to calculate the commission on.
In order to pacify the customer, some merchants will shell out a token amount such as £1, although this is uncommon.
It is also possible that Merchants can also change their commission rates from time to time. We update our site as soon as we are informed of these changes, so please check our site for the latest cashback rates, we display from time to time.
Missing CashbackI made a purchase and cashback is not showing in my account, why is it missing?The general reasons for transactions to be missing or for not being tracked are:
1. You were not logged into our site, therefore have not used our links to make the transaction.
2. You may not have cookies enabled in internet browser or have some other security settings averting the tracking.
3. The purchase should be made entirely online. The retailers will not pay if the purchase was completed over the was completed over the phone, or by any other means, apart from utilising our links.
4. If merchants have issues with tracking links, we provide them with all the necessary details of the order they will verify it and generally pay the cashback. Under these circumstances, we will do our best to help you in getting your cashback by getting in touch with the relevant merchants.
What should I do if my cashback is missing?Simply send us a support ticket from this helpdesk, select the 'Missing transaction' department, complete the necessary details regarding your missing cashback. We will chase the matter up with the merchant and keep you updated on the progress.
Please note: It takes anywhere between 2 and 10 weeks on average to get a resolution, depending on the merchant. We do not make any delays from our end and keep track of all queries. If a merchant makes undue delay we will keep chasing them up even without you reminding us.

I am still waiting for my untracked sale, how long does it take?We will respond to every new support ticket within 24 working hours, we will contact the merchant concerned with your query and ask them to investigate. This could mean several emails between us and the merchant.
Due to the large volume of transactions that the merchants have to deal with, they usually take a few weeks to investigate and resolve untracked sales.

When do I decide a cashback is missing?After you make your purchase there is usually a time lag before it appears in your froggybank account. This is due to the fact that we have to wait for the merchants to report your transaction. It can take between 48 hours to 14 days depending on the merchant.
If you do not see your purchase reported within 14 days please submit a support ticket in our missing transactions department.
I have a missing cashback but do not have my purchase details or lost it. Would you still be able to chase up with the merchant?It is not easy for the merchants to investigate or track your transaction. You will understand that the details of your transaction are essential for the merchant concerned to investigate any missing transaction. Therefore, they will not take any query from us, if we do not provide the details of the purchase.
The minimum requisites required for a missing transaction to be investigated is the name of the merchant, product name, price, date of purchase, and order number/membership number/reference number.
Please keep the receipt or some paperwork safely or search for the email they sent you when you purchased the product with the details. Incase you have lost any of these, sometimes it will help to call the merchant direct and ask for these details.
Is there a time frame for reporting missing transactions?Yes, as you will understand it is impossible to chase up any missing transactions that are too old. Therefore, if you have any missing transaction you must report this to us within 2 months. Simply submit a ticket to our helpdesk with all the relevant details of your transaction and we will chase it up with the merchant concerned.
